Improving Morale

Spray Go Shoe Co. is committed to creating a supportive, welcoming, and fun corporate workplace.

Some incentives we have to help employees stay motivated are an employee of the month and department of the month awards. There are certificates and little prizes like hats for achieving these titles.

We also play a daily Kahoot (trivia game), made by our HR department so employees have something to look forward to at the end of each day.

An HR team member on the right is helping improve morale with some of our employees.
